Emily Luu

Campaign Chair

Emily is a proud product of Quincy’s public schools and a lifelong public servant with a heart for equity and justice.

She graduated from Harvard University with a degree in Government and is currently pursuing her law degree at Boston College, where she’s focused on making the legal system more accessible and just for all.

For four years, Emily worked at Fragomen, one of the nation’s top immigration law firms, helping thousands of individuals and families navigate a complex system. She also volunteered at citizenship clinics, supporting those chasing the American dream.

She recently served as a judicial intern for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, contributing to legal research and decision-writing that directly impacts people’s lives.

Emily’s leadership began here at home. At North Quincy High, she rose to the second-highest rank in the Air Force JROTC program, leading more than 300 cadets with integrity and purpose. She also served as a Youth Representative for Quincy Asian Resources Inc., worked on Councilor At-Large Nina Liang's campaign, and even contributed to environmental education programs for children in Shanghai.

Today, Emily serves as the Chair of this campaign—keeping the mission grounded, people-focused, and built to serve. Her commitment to justice and community makes her an essential leader in this movement for a better Quincy.
